PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable electromagnetic force without generating uneven wear on one side of a valve member and a valve seat. SOLUTION: When an armature shaft 23 fixed with an armature 24 drives a valve member 20 to open/close with a stem 21, an opening side coil spring 59 is fixed at both ends, and a position displacement in a rotating direction vertical to an axial direction thereof is made to be constant at all times. Therefore, this solenoid driving valve device 1 can obtain stable electromagnetic force between the armature 24 and cores 30, 37, thereby stabilizing actuation. An annular spring seat 25 is rotatably fitted to the stem 21, and the valve member 20 is rotatable through the stem 21, so that uneven wear on one side of the valve member 20 and a valve seat 48 is prevented. A direction of force (lateral force) in a plane direction vertical to the axial direction of the opening side coil spring 50, and a lateral force direction of a closing side coil spring 51 are reversed, thereby reducing friction force of the stem 21 and a bearing portion.
