PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which exhibits a high level of flame retardance, thermal resistance, impact resistance, and flowability without using a bromine/ chlorine-based flame-retardant. SOLUTION: The material comprises 100 pts. mass resin composition comprising (A) a graft copolymer obtained by graft coplymerizing (a1 ) an aromatic alkenyl compound monomer, (b1 ) a vinyl cyanide compound monomer and, if necessary, (c1 ) a vinyl monomer copolymerizsable with these monomers onto a rubbery polymer, (B) a copolymer obtained by polymrizing (a2 ) an aromatic alkenyl compound monomer, (b2 ) a vinyl cyanide compound monomer and, if necessary, (c2 ) a vinyl monomer copolymerizable with these monomers, and (C) a polycarbonate resin at a specified ratio and (D) 2-10 pts.mass red phosphorus-based flame-retardant.
