PURPOSE: A sleeping assistant device used for a mat in a sleeping capsule is provided, thereby a user can easily sleep within the sleeping capsule and fatigue can be effectively relieved. CONSTITUTION: The sleeping assistant device used for a mat in a sleeping capsule comprises the parts of: a main body(100) containing an inner side part which can be optionally assembled and dissembled with a head receiving part of the mat and a fixing bracket(130) which is positioned on the main body(100); a capsule part(200) fixed to the fixing bracket(130) in order to cover the upper part of the main body(100) and containing a space to receive a head of the user and an air pathway(240) which is connected to the outside; an oxygen generator(300) and a humidifier(310) positioned in a specified region of the main body(100) and supplying the capsule part(200) with fresh air and humidity; and a control part containing oxygen, temperature and humidity sensors and automatically controlling oxygen, temperature and humidity conditions to provide optimal environment for sleeping.
