SOLUTION: A casing 1 comprises an exhaust path A having a condenser 2, a fresh air path B having an evaporator 3, and a refrigerant circulation circuit C including the condenser 2, the evaporator 3, and the compressor 4. The refrigerant exhaust circuit C is provided over the exhaust path A and the fresh air path B, and is provided so that it can freely be taken out or housed from or into the casing 1. |
