BLOW MOLDING MACHINE AND BLOW MOLDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved shuttle blow molding machine for keeping the aseptic state of a blow pin or a blow passage and manufacturing hermetically sealed aseptic plastic bottles by blow molding, and a blow molding method. SOLUTION: In the blow molding machine for manufacturing the hermetically sealed aseptic plastic bottles by blow molding and the blow molding method, the blow pin having a separate blow air passage and a separate exhaust passage is provided. The contracted blow pin is housed in a pin housing filled with aseptic air. The housing is connected to the pin by two thin rolling diaphragm seals. Indoor aseptic air keeps the aseptic state on the side surface and the end part of the blow pin. The separate glow air passage and exhaust passage keeps the aseptic state in the molding machine regardless of the burst possibility of a parison or the bottle.
