PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a dimensional behavior of a prepreg capable of evaluating the dimensional behavior at a heating time or after heating and to provide its member and a method for manufacturing the prepreg. SOLUTION: The method for measuring the dimensional behavior of the prepreg comprises the steps of impregnating a glass cloth base with a thermosetting resin, drying the base and measuring a dimensional change at the heating time or after heating to a predetermined temperature at a predetermined temperature rising speed while applying a tension to the dried prepreg. Further, the member for measuring the dimensional behavior of the prepreg comprises and metal foils at both ends of the prepreg obtained by impregnating the glass cloth base with the thermosetting resin, drying the base and molding in a predetermined shape, and pin inserting holes for applying a tensile load to both ends, and comprises ambient temperature curable resins on both surfaces of both ends of the prepreg and a metal foil at least at one side face, and a pin insertion hole for applying a tensile load to both ends. Furthermore, the method for manufacturing the prepreg manufactures the prepreg based on its dimensional change. |
