PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a bad influence is exerted on precision (sensitivity/specificity) of pathological diagnostic evaluation by strain of a tissue shape generated at the immobilization time if the shape of an ablation section which is a boundary between an ablated tissue and a peripheral tissue is not flat but has irregular unevenness after immobilization. SOLUTION: A slice parallel to the ablation stump surface and having the fixed thickness can be produced easily from the immobilized tissue by using this three-dimensional formwork a, b, c, d, e, f enclosing a polyhedral space, to thereby enable histological observation of the whole ablation stump surface.
