PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily pass a connecting bolt through a connection loose hole and a connection screw hole of a ring shackle by freely opening the ring shackle in the opening direction and forcibly overlapping positions of the connection loose hole and the connection screw hole of the ring shackle with each other on a straight line in the closing direction when connecting an article to an article by jointing them with the structure that the claws of a washer with a claw and the ring shackle with a claw abut on a ring shackle main body. SOLUTION: When closing the ring shackle of this opening and closing angle regulating ring shackle 1 to joint an article to an article for connection, claws of the washer 8 with a claw and the ring shackle with a claw abut on the ring shackle main body to forcibly overlap positions of the connection loose hole 1c and the connection screw hole 2d of the ring shackle with each other on a straight line.
