PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overtorque of an engine at a low temperature and the occurrence of hunting. SOLUTION: In construction equipment performing ESS control for controlling pump horsepower in accordance with the number of revolutions of the engine, there is a possibility that resistance of the engine 1 is large and overtorque may occur at a low temperature when a temperature of hydraulic fluid does not reach a set temperature. Therefore, horsepower control at a low temperature for reducing engine burden is performed by setting pump horsepower to a lower value than a value at normal temperature time when a temperature exceeds the set temperature.
