PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid wasteful cargo collection receiving operation for a transporter and improve the efficiency of collection of cargoes. SOLUTION: Cargo collection requesting radio equipment is provided on the customer side and cargo collection receiving radio equipment is provided on the home delivery vehicle side. A home delivery vehicle goes around in an area of collection of cargoes at all times. After a request for collection of cargoes is notified by radio on the customer side an the request for collection of cargoes is ascertained on the home delivery vehicle side, the understanding of the request is notified by radio.
