PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for controlling delivery wherewith a liquid can be delivered successively and precisely at a desired flow rate within a specified time regardless of kinds of liquid or difference of properties such as viscosity. SOLUTION: An amount of driving required for delivering a syrup at a desired flow rate is set at a delivery quantity setting part 5, based on the flow rate of the syrup delivered with a flow rate regulator 1 capable of delivering at a specified volume operated for a specified period of time. Since the amount of driving for the flow rate regulator is set so that the flow rate becomes to be at the desired rate with variation of flow rate being taken into consideration when the variation occurs to the flow rate according to viscosity of the syrup or structural factors of equipment, the syrup can be delivered successively at the desired flow rate from the start of delivery.
