PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-standing packaging bag having a separate bag, of which the storage handling is easy, of which the display effect or the like is excellent, and which is suitable for a commodity to be sold as a pair in such a manner that, when a major commodity and the accessory commodity are sold as a pair such as a fragrant liquid and a liquid absorbing pad, a cosmetic liquid and a powder, or a seasoning soup stock and a spice, the upper edge of the self-standing packaging bag 2 which is a so-called standing pouch to house the major commodity, and the lower edge of the separate bag 3 which is a so-called four side sealed bag to house the accessory commodity, are integrally connected through a perforation-form cutting line (b). SOLUTION: For this self-standing packaging bag 2 made of a laminated resin film, a bottom surface section (a) is folded inward, and the upper bottom edge and the right and left edges are respectively heat-welded. For the separate bag 3 made of the same laminated resin film, the upper and lower edges and the right and left edges are respectively heat-welded. Then, the upper edge of such a self-standing packaging bag 2 and the lower edge of such a separate bag 3 are integrally connected through the perforation-form cutting line (b) for the self-standing packaging bag having the separate bag.
