PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag for congratulations/condolences wherein the bent edges which are inserted in each other do not split open, and also, which can be easily used. SOLUTION: A main body sheet 1 having an approximately square shape is provided. Two edges which are confronted with each other of the main body sheet 11 are bent to the rear side by a specified width, and first and second bent edges 21 and 22 are formed. At the same time, the other two edges which are confronted with each other of the main body sheet 1 are bent to the rear side by a specified width together with the first and second bent edges 21 and 22, and thus, third and fourth bent edges 23 and 24 are formed. Then, either one bent edge of the third and fourth bent edges 23 and 24 is formed into a shape of which the distal end becomes narrower, and inserted in a space between the first and second bent edges 21 and 22 which are located on the other bent edge, and the other bent edge, from the end sections.
