PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection system that reduces a difference in flow velocity of fuel or lowering of the flow velocity in an inclined injection hole as possible to take advantage of the inclined injection hole. SOLUTION: The fuel injection system 1 has a swirl element 8 for giving swirl energy to the fuel to supply the fuel to the fuel injection hole 93. The fuel injection hole 93 has: a first fuel introducing hole part 931 of which wall face has an inclination angleθ1 of 35-43 degrees with respect to a center axis of a needle valve 7; a second fuel introducing hole part 932 of which inclination angleθ2 is 40-95% of the inclination angleθ1 ; and an inclined injection hole part 933 of which whole inner face is the approximately same length. An outlet side face 94 of the inclined injection hole part 933 of a valve seat 9 is a flat surface approximately vertical to the center axis of the needle valve 7.
