PURPOSE: Provided is a foldable frame chair possible to construct a simple and handy desk integrated with the foldable chair to disperse real load applied to the desk and to endow half of the load to arms of the chair. CONSTITUTION: The foldable frame chair integrated with a handy desk(5) comprises a main body and arm parts together connected to right/left pole parts of the frame. The main body consists of a pivoting component(8) secured to the frame, the handy desk and a coupling component(6) to bond the pivoting component and the handy desk. The coupling component is formed of joints and mounted with a foldable supporting component(7) for the desk. The coupling component and the pole parts are connected and folded by a first and a second joint components and a folding-restriction stopper to limit movement of the joint components in a certain range of angles.
