PURPOSE: A pipe jointing flange is provided to simplify a structure of the pipe jointing flange by fixing a pipe using a waterproof packing having a plurality of embossing without using a separate coupling device. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of bolt holes(3) is formed in the first and second cylindrical flanges(1,2). A handle bar(4) is provided to adjust the position of the first and second cylindrical flanges(1,2). An insertion part(5) is formed at an upper end of the second flange(2) so as to allow the handle bar(4) of the first flange to be inserted thereinto. A fixing slot(15) is formed at a lower end of the first flange, and a fixing bar(14) is arranged corresponding to the fixing slot(15). A plurality of insertion slots is formed in the first and second cylindrical flanges(1,2) so as to receive waterproof packing. A plurality of protrusions is formed at inner and outer surfaces of the waterproof packing.
