PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to improve efficiency of heat exchange and to prevent damage such as corrosion due to condensed water accumulated in the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger includes a plurality of refrigerant pipes(60) forming passages in which refrigerant passes and exchange heat and having sloping surfaces formed for discharge of condensed water; a refrigerant supply/discharge header(52) installed on one sides of the refrigerant pipes to supply refrigerant to the refrigerant pipes or discharge refrigerant of the refrigerant pipes; a refrigerant passing header(54) installed on the other sides of the refrigerant pipes to fluidically connect all of the refrigerant pipes; and a plurality of fins(70) installed on the refrigerant pipes to expand heat transfer area of the refrigerant pipes and having guide parts formed to guide condensed water flowing on the sloping surfaces of the refrigerant pipes downward.
