PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instruct an efficient transportation route to a transporter when transporting many types of parts groups to be received by a parts reception space into a parts storage space on the production line side determined in each of parts types. SOLUTION: The parts types of the parts groups to be transported are input by input means 3. Reading means 4 reads an addresses in the parts space for the parts to be transported with reference to an parts space address file 2 out of the input parts types. Transportation route candidate-selecting means 5 selects transportation route candidates via all read addresses. Passage scheduled time calculating means 6 calculates a passage scheduled time at each main point on the selected transportation route candidates and certifying means 9 certifies whether encounter with other transportation vehicles occurs or not. Repeating means 10 repeats the processing of the transportation route-selecting means 5 and the passage scheduled time calculating means 8 until the certifying means 9 finds out a route where no encounter wherewith occurs. The route if found where no encounter occurs is instructed to the transporter by instructing means 10.
