<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cracker and a method for an organic compound halide contained in the exhaust gas from a garbage incinerator, which is easy in operation and is low in processing cost. SOLUTION: The above purpose is achieved by a garbage incinerator which possess a decomposition device for an organic halide comprising a blower for blowing a trivalent or quadrivalent Mn oxide into the exhaust gas generated from a combustor for incinerating garbage, a collector for collecting the mixture including the blown-in Mn oxide, and a recoverer for recovering the mixture containing the collected Mn oxide, and a garbage incineration method using it.</p> |
