METHOD FOR TREATING CHLORINE COMPONENT IN WASTE IN GASIFICATION/REFORMING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating a chlorine component in a waste in a gasification/reforming system which enables to recover the chlorine component as a stable mixed salt having a high quality and reduce the amount of water necessary to treat. SOLUTION: The method is a method for treating a waste to recover the chlorine component as a mixed salt 304 in a gasification/reforming system, wherein the method comprises either regulating the temperature of a crude synthetic gas at the inlet and/or outlet of an alkaline washing part 103 or adding a cold condensed water 305 yielded by the purification (such as dehumidification) of the crude synthetic gas 202 to a washing liquid 400 at the inlet of the alkaline washing part so that the alkaline washing liquid 400 may have a salt concentration (NaCl concentration) reaching a target value(preferably a salt concentration of 15% or less).
