<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method of removing material deposits which does not give rise to the material brushing in the processing zone on component surfaces, the indentation of the flash-like deposits into the processing zone and the uncontrolled removal of the material in the molten edge areas of the processing zone. SOLUTION: The removal of the material deposits is performed by using at least one method of a picking method and/or electrolytic polishing method. A filter 4 is pierced with holes 5 on the outer periphery surface 3 of the cylindrical component consisting of high-alloy steel by a laser high-velocity piercing method (a). At this time, the entire part of the processing regions around the holes 5 is coated with the molten deposits 7 of the oxide forming slate rock-like surfaces and the molten deposits 6 of metal. The surface 3 to be processed after the laser piercing is bleached at 70 deg.C by a pickling solution, by which a pickling process is executed (b). When the electrolytic polishing of the processing region 3 is then further implemented, the surface is electrolytically polished at 60 deg.C in an electrolyte consisting of a thickened sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, by which the electrolytically polished component surface 9 of the metal is obtained (c).</p> |
