PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic foam sheet and a manufacturing method therefor used for anti-slip of a carpet and an impact absorption of furniture and having an adsorption property. SOLUTION: The acrylic foam sheet is a foam sheet comprising an acrylic polymer of which a glass transition point is -40 to +10 deg.C, particularly -35 to +5 deg.C and in which a cell diameter becomes smaller along a thickness direction from one surface to the other surface and the ratio (Db /Ds ) of an average opening diameter (Db ) of the cell at one surface and an average opening diameter (Ds ) of the cell at the other surface is 1.25 or higher. It is preferable that impact resiliency of the foam sheet is 5-85%, thickness is 0.5-8 mm and an expansion ratio is 2-6. The foam sheet can be manufactured by press-introducing air or the like to an acrylic emulsion to make a gas/liquid mixture, coating the mixture on a surface of a sheet having a low gas permeability such as a PET sheet or the like, adjusting thickness, heating and curing it. |
