PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an auxiliary light projecting device for an AF camera, capable of covering from a short distance to a long distance with a simple constitution such that the device will not become enlarged. SOLUTION: This auxiliary light projecting device for the AF camera is constituted, so that the power of an illumination lens constituting the auxiliary light projecting device is asymmetric around an optical axis, and the illuminance on the long distance side of a pattern image forming chart is higher than the illuminance on the short distance side of the projected area of the pattern image forming chart. |
