PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding transmission device that can suppress generation of noise and interference of an internal combustion engine with a peripheral device by reducing a swing amplitude of an endless transmission member. SOLUTION: A transmission belt 28 of the winding transmission device 14 is driven over a crank pulley 18, a motor pulley 20, a water pump pulley 22, a P/S pump pulley 24 and a compressor pulley 26 in this order. Between the crank pulley 18 and the motor pulley 20, an idler pulley 30 is arranged. An engine 2 has a first stay 34 and a second stay 42 for supporting a shaft of the idler pulley 30. Between the motor pulley 20 and the idler pulley 30, idler pulleys 48 and 50 are arranged, which respectively apply tension to urge a portion of the transmission belt 28 between the pulleys 20 and 30 toward the pulleys 20 and 30.
