PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary carrier wherein a welding equipment cost, a production cost of the welding and a component cost are reduced, and wherein joining strength between a gear support plate and a disk of a shaft is improved. SOLUTION: This planetary carrier 3 comprises a shaft support 11 hole for a sun gear disposed on the same axis as the shaft 5 having one end including the disk 4 concentric with the axis; and the gear support plate 8 having shaft support holes 12 for plural planetary gears at even intervals on a circumference line around the shaft support hole 11 for the sun gear, and facing and joined to the disk 4 at a required interval. Plural positions of the periphery of the disk 4 are formed with legs 9 having axes parallel to the shaft 5, the tip of each the leg 9 is formed with a boss 10, the gear support plate 8 is formed with holes 13 fitting on the bosses 10, and the holes 13 are welded to the bosses 10 to integrally join the gear support plate 8 and the disk 4.
