PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular luggage compartment structure which can prevent baggage from moving only with a formed carpet having no additional parts. SOLUTION: A recess portion 8 is formed in a position corresponding to a storage portion 3 of the formed carpet 1, and at least one part of a coupling portion 10 coupling a bottom portion 9 of the recess portion 8 and a general surface together is horizontally separated from a vertical wall 5 of the storage portion 3.
