PURPOSE: A ventilating reagent or test chemicals cabinet is provided to output or discharge harmful gas generated from the reagent and chemicals out of inner space by comprising a back-stream blocking valve to inflow external air and, at the same time, outflow inner harmful gas from the inner space after firstly neutralizing it via a neutralization filter. CONSTITUTION: The cabinet(10) having a closing door to discharge a gas out of inner space comprises horizontal walls(11a) and a perpendicular wall(12) to form independent spaces(14) and ventilation passages(15), both side walls(13a,13b) mounted with a plurality of back-stream blocking valves(20), an exhausting fan(32) and a neutralization filter(30) at an exhaust pipe(31) above the cabinet(10) to remove the harmful gas outside. The valve(20) has a filtering net at an inlet, an opening/closing side having a flexible component in an inner passage at one side, a stopper projected from the other side to open the cabinet at only one of the sides.
