SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PERFORMING LCC ANALYSIS ON MULTIPLE DWELLING BUILDING

PURPOSE: An LCC(Life Cycle Cost) analysis system and method is provided to calculate the LCC on a multiple dwelling building, and to convert a structural difference into a cost based on the calculated result so that the analysis and conversion data can be used in planning or designing the building. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of selecting an analysis target(S10), establishing an analysis direction like a general analysis scheme or a specific cost model analysis and inputting a summary on an analysis plan(S20), inputting a summary on a target project for each analysis plan in a case that an optimal analysis plan is selected among a plurality of analysis plans(S30), inputting data on a size or a location of the multiple dwelling building(S40), inputting variables like an analysis period and an interest rate to be stored at a database(S50), calculating cost on an initial investment, energy, a maintenance, a renovation and opportunity loss according to a cost integration scheme determined by a user(S61-S66), integrating cost calculated in each cost calculation model(S70), analysing a sensibility via a modification of a variable for confirming a reliability of the analyzed LCC(S80), and enabling an analysis expert to make a decision based on the final analysis result(S90).
