PURPOSE: A system and a method for the reverse stock trading are provided to enhance the availability of a service point by reimbursing the service point as a reverse point to a service user and making the service user perform the stock trading with the increased service point. CONSTITUTION: A member company(20) issues a membership card for the use of another member company and provides the service point corresponding to the amount of the consumption. A service providing device(10) adds up the service points of the service user provided from the member companies and generates at least one point pools. The service providing device performs various types of investments and distributes the points added with the profits obtained through the investments. An investment company(30) executes the investments as a proxy. The service providing device interlocks with a stock company(40) to perform the stock trading by using the accumulated points of the service user.
