PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water color ink composition that satisfies both of water resistance and weather resistance and is suitable for a variety of uses. SOLUTION: This water color ink composition includes a polyamine- polyalkoxylate prepared by adding an alkylene oxide to the amino groups on the polyalkylene imine.
