SOLUTION: The elastase activity inhibitor contains one or more extracts of herbs selected from Aristolochina debilis, Pinellia ternata, Vaccinium vitis, Gentiana scabra, Cyperus rotundus, and Tribulus terrestris. The cosmetic composition contains the elastase activity inhibitor. The composition has elastase activity inhibitory action, gives luster and elasticity to skin, prevents the skin from aging, reduces wrinkles and fine wrinkles, and keeps the skin in a fresh state. |
