PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas water-heater, in which leak of high temperature exhaust gas from a combustion chamber can be prevented by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In the gas water-heater, a pressure bulkhead 18 is provided to the outside of a combustion chamber 5, the inside of the bulkhead is pressurized by a combustion fan. Thus, a relatively negative pressure is produced in the combustion chamber 5 to prevent leak of the exhaust gas.
