PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend hot water pipes (21) and (22) to a desired direction from a case body (10) in a hot water plug comprising a pair of plug parts (11a) and (11b) connected to a hot water receptacle, a pair of hose end parts (12a) and (12b) to which the hot water pipes (21) and (22) are respectively connected and the case body (10) which surrounds them and has a slot (17) into which the hot water pipes (21) and (22) arranged in parallel can be inserted. SOLUTION: The hose end parts (12a) and (12b) can be switched from a first orientation that an angle of 90 degrees is maintained relative to the plug parts (11a) and (11b) to a second orientation that the hose end parts are rotated by 180 degrees therefrom. The case body (10) comprises first cases (10a) having tube parts for surrounding the plug parts (11a) and (11b) and second cases detachably connected the first cases (10a). The second cases may be mounted on the first cases (10a) in second positions that the second cases are half-rotated in the peripheral direction from one mounted positions. A cut-out part having the slot (17) formed on one of the peripheral surfaces is opened to the first case (10a) side.
