PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact IC card key which enables locking and/or unlocking without contact with a reader, and enhance security against counterfeit cards increasing in number with each passing year. SOLUTION: A door lock system comprises an IC chip which provides instructions about the opening/closing of a door and a lock body which is mounted on the door; the IC chip is equipped with a coil for receiving and transmitting an electric wave, an electronic circuit for storing information, and a device for transmitting the information as a signal; and the lock body is composed of an antenna which not only receives the signal from the IC chip but also transmits the signal to the IC chip, the reader which discriminates among the signals transmitted from the IC chip, and a mechanical operation part and an electrical operation part, which perform locking or unlocking operations.
