PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image conversion panel with high sharpness. SOLUTION: This radiographic image conversion panel comprises an undercoat layer, containing a cross-linking agent and a photostimulable phosphor layer containing a photostimulable phosphor laminated on a support body, in this order, and the cross-linking agent is contained, extending from the interface between the undercoat layer and the photostimulable phosphor layer to 1/3 or less of the thickness of the photostimulable phosphor layer.
