PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle air-conditioner of vehicle speed corresponding temperature correcting type for permitting a variety of normal control even in a continuous condition of a vehicle speed exceeding a given high speed value during an outside air introduction mode. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle air-conditioner comprises a vehicle speed sensor 61 , an indoor temperature sensor 62 , an outdoor temperature sensor 63 , a temperature control parts 3, 4 for controlling an air temperature in a duct 1, an air quantity control part 5 for controlling blown air quantity in the duct 1, a driving stage 22 for supplying driving voltage to the air quantity control part 5 and outputting a driving voltage lower limit value when a high speed value exceeds a given high speed value, an air circulation mode switching part 11 , and a control part 2. The control part 2 controls the temperature control parts 4, 4 and the air quantity control part 5 in accordance with a speed value detected by the vehicle speed sensor 61 , an indoor temperature value detected by the indoor temperature sensor 62 , an outdoor temperature value detected by the outdoor temperature sensor 63 and a set temperature value, and when the speed value exceeds the given high speed value and the output of the driving stage 22 lowers to the driving voltage lower limit value during setting into the outside air introduction mode, it controls the temperature control parts 3, 4 to change the air temperature at a blow port of the duct 1 into a specified temperature value.
