PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of a slow release fertilizer for sea resources by chemical reaction of waste organics and sintered shell. Accordingly, the resultant fertilizer has no bad smell and no harmful microbes. CONSTITUTION: The slow release fertilizer is manufactured by the following steps of: grinding organic wastes such as excretions, sludge and starfish, and mixing; adding ground powder of shell sintered at 900-1000deg.C, containing less than 20% of CaO, as a stabilizing additive for alkaline stabilization and exothermic reaction to remove harmful microbes and bad smell, which is expressed by CaO + H2O -->Ca(OH)2 +15.6kcal/mol, Ca(OH)2 +2CO2 -->Ca(HCO3)2 + 35.4kcal/mol; adding less than 10wt.% of charcoal to the stabilized reactants for nutrient supply and deodorization; drying deodorized reactants, expressed by CaCO3 + CO2 -->CaCO3 + H2O, Ca(HCO3)2 -->CaCO3 + H2O +CO2, and forming into a shape of powder or pallet. |
