PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing the reverse housing insurance are provided to offer a part of the house purchase money or the deposit money to a service user by using the expected value of the service points accumulated corresponding to the consumption of the service user as a mortgage. CONSTITUTION: A service providing device(10) is connected with many member companies(20), an investment company(30), and an insurance company(40) via a specific communication network. The member company provides the service points corresponding to the amount of the consumption to the service user. The service providing device generates at least one point pools by summing up the service points of the service user. The service providing device performs the investment and distributes the points obtained through the investment as a reverse point to the service user. When the service user purchases or rents a house, a portion of the purchase money or the deposit money is provided to the service user. The amount of the money is calculated based on the service points. Herein, the service providing device affiliates with the insurance company to minimize a danger due to the user's inability to pay.
