METHOD FOR FABRICATING SPEAKER DAMPER USING CHEMICAL FIBER

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a speaker damper using chemical fiber is provided to maintain an initial characteristic of a damper of a cone type speaker by using the chemical fiber instead of phenol. CONSTITUTION: A damper is fabricated by using chemical fiber such as polyester in order to remove harmful elements for inflicting a bodily injury on a person. The damper is easily fabricated by simplifying a fabricating method of the damper. Defects of the damper are removed by improving durability of the damper though a small-sized speaker is used for many hours. Namely, the durability of the damper can be enhanced since an initial characteristic of the damper is maintained by improving displacement of the damper or a variation of stiffness. Accordingly, the initial characteristic of the small-sized speaker can be maintained by forming the damper with the chemical fiber.
