摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil filling system, a measuring device and a discharge quantity controlling method wherewith splashing at oil filling can be prevented even in the case where an oil filling nozzle is inserted insufficiently. SOLUTION: An oil filling permission information indicating a permission of oil filling is sent by a POS system to a self service console 4. As an oil filling nozzle 21D of the measuring device 2 is operated after the oil filling permission information is received by a measuring device 2 from the self service console 4, the measuring device 2 controls an oil filling device and executes a normal oil filling at a predetermined high-level discharge quantity. The measuring device 2 is equipped with a motorcycle switch 26 which emits a switching signal indicating switching to a discharge quantity suitable to oil filling to a motorcycle, and a control means which controls the oil filling device and makes the oil filling device execute oil filling at a quantity lower than the high-level discharge quantity in response to the switching signal when the switching signal from the motorcycle switch 26 is inputted and the oil filling nozzle 21D is operated.
