PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a sufficient initial strength in the case when eco-cement exhibiting a low initial strength is used as a hydraulic raw material. SOLUTION: The so-called eco-cement produced by using incinerated ash of refuses is used as the hydraulic raw material. The external wall material is produced by molding a ceramic blend obtained by blending several kinds of additives such as silica sand, an aggregate, a foamed aggregate, a coarse aggregate, a reinforcing fiber or fly ash into the eco-cement, aging and hardening them in an autoclave.
