PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operation force for an intake door, and prevent deterioration of seal material. SOLUTION: This air conditioner for a vehicle is provided with an intake door 10 provided with a rotary shaft 35 rotated by a prescribed drive source, and a circumferential surface formed to have an arc-shaped cross section, so that the circumferential surface selectively opens/closes an inside air intake port and an outside air intake port in accordance with rotation of the rotary shaft 35. A slide means is provided to let the intake door 10 slide in parallel to the rotation shaft 35 when the intake door 10 is within a prescribed range of its rotation range.
