PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make uncapping works executable easily with a small amount of forces for operation while making handling easy and to extend a range of adaptability to uncapping while making mounting onto a cap easy. SOLUTION: To the outer circumferential face of a fitting cylindrical body 2 having a turn operating hole 1 to be detachably fitted onto a cap of a container so as to be capable of transmitting torque, a plurality of turn operating bodies 3 each in a length L2 larger than the length L1 in the axial direction of the fitting cylindrical body are provided so as to project respectively to the sides 1a and 1b of the turn operating hole 1. While projected peripheral portions 3a and 3b of each of the turn operating bodies 3 are formed at guides for mounting onto the cap, turn operating holes 4 and 5 respectively in different shapes for detachably fitting onto caps of different kinds of containers are formed at the turn operating bodies 3 so as to transmit torque.
