SOLUTION: The control device comprises a command value generation part 10 for generating a command signal indicative of the position of at least a self-ship Q and an automatic ship maneuvering part 20 for respective operating portions of the ship 40 in accordance with the command value signal generated by the command value generation part 10. The command value generation part 10 generates a position command value centering on the control reference position.
