PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet and a transport case which can be easily fabricated without requiring heat treatment and is simply adaptable to cargoes in various sizes. SOLUTION: The transport case (B) is composed of a plywood mounting board (1), legs (2) each made of a metallic pipe arranged at the underside of the mounting board, upright board fixing support members (3) each attached to the upside of the mounting board along the sides of the mounting board, upright boards (4) each made of solid paper board for being fixed at its lower end by nailing from the outside to a fixing face (3a) at the outer side of each of the upright board fixing support members, girders (7) each made of a metallic pipe arranged at the upper side at the inside of each of the upright boards, a top board (8) approximately in a rectangular shape and made of solid paper board arranged at the upside of the girders and supported therewith, and support posts (6) each made of a metallic pipe and arranged at the inside of a corner of the butted adjoining upright boards and extending in the vertical direction.
