PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a share mode head whereby high density and fine electrodes and high density and fine steric wiring-patterns can be formed by a simple method wherein a crack of a substrate is not created, the reliability is high, and leakage of ink does not occur, thereby forming the share mode head capable of forming a high quality image. SOLUTION: A polarized piezoelectric element plate is cut to form a groove for a channel to make an actuator substrate. A top plate is bonded to the top face of the actuator substrate. Next, a laser light is emitted to the rear wall and the bottom face of the actuator substrate to form a groove for forming a wiring-pattern to be connected to the groove for the channel. After a head substrate is treated with electroless plating, polishing is applied to the front and rear walls and the bottom face of the head substrate to remove the plated metal which is deposited on the surface of the head substrate, and then the plated metal is left in the groove for the channel and the groove for forming the wiring pattern so that the plated metal is used as an electrode and a drawing wiring-pattern.
