PURPOSE: A power amplification circuit for mobile communication terminal is provided to improve the efficiency of power by detecting a power level of a power portion of one amplifier varied according to a power level of an external signal and controlling the other amplifier according to the detected power level. CONSTITUTION: A driving amplifier(41) is used for amplifying a signal received from the outside in order to form the signal used in a terminal. A power amplifier(42) is used for amplifying the amplified signal of the driving amplifier(41) in order to transmit or receive the amplified signal. A couple of switches(43,44) are used for bypassing the power amplifier(42). A power supply portion(45) supplies electric power to the driving amplifier(41). A power sense control circuit(46) is used for detecting a power level of the power supply portion(45) according to the power of the signal received from the outside and controlling the switches(43,44). The power sense control circuit(46) is used for operating or bypassing the power amplifier(42) according to a power level of the power supply portion(45). |
