PURPOSE: A compressed air generating apparatus by a vehicle, and a fuel system and a pneumatic generator by using compressed air are provided to generate energy, and to prevent environmental pollution by forming compressed air with installing a compression cylinder and a compression pump in a wheel of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: Holes are formed in a wheel of a vehicle, and a cylinder box is mounted in the wheel. A specific air inlet bearing is combined with the cylinder box to store compressed air in an air tank securely. A check valve, a pressure gauge and an air cleaner are installed, and compressed air is streamed into the air tank to travel the vehicle. The pressure of the air tank is kept regularly by discharging pressure over the reference value with a safety valve, and the flow rate of compressed air is changed according to travel speed of the vehicle. Energy efficiency is improved by generating compressed air during traveling, and by driving the vehicle with compressed air.
