PURPOSE: A Karaoke data recording and offering system and method is provided to convert audio data, generated when a user sings a song at a Karaoke, into a MPEG file, to record the MPEG file at a database, and to enable the user to download the MPEG file over the internet. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user requesting a manager to use a Karaoke and receiving a user ID(S100), the user inputting the user ID and a room number(S102), the user entering the room in which a Karaoke is equipped, turning on a microphone, singing a desired song, and turning off the microphone(S104), an MP3 encoder, whose one port is connected to the microphone, receiving the song signals output from the microphone and generating an MP3 file by performing a real time encoding on the analog song signals(S106), the MP3 encoder transmitting the MP3 file to a MP3 transmission server(S108), the MP3 transmission server checking the room number and the user ID and transmitting the checked data and the MP3 file to a server system over the internet(S110), and the server system storing the MP3 file and the user ID with a date at a database(S112).
