PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing a cyber stamp through the Internet are provided to efficiently execute the charging of an Internet site offering an e-mail or e-card service by introducing the concept of the cyber stamp. CONSTITUTION: Client devices(20) consisting of the user computers are connected with each other via the Internet. A server system(10) of a cyber stamp service manager is connected with the client devices via the Internet. A mail server provides the e-mail service on the Internet. The user desiring to send an e-mail through the mail server purchases the cyber stamp from the server of the cyber stamp service manager. The cyber stamp is posted on the e-mail the e-mail is sent. Herein, the mail server affiliates with the service manager. The user selectively attaches a moving picture file or an audio file to the e-mail. The user selects one of an ordinary postal service and a registered postal service.
